Thank Heaven for little girls and boys. My son and daughters have brought joy to my life that only parents could understand. My friends used to tell me (before I met my wife) how rewarding it was to have children, but I dismissed the thought. At the time I was alone and hadn't met the right woman to make a family with. When I found Lisa and she wanted to have a child with me the time was right. Our daughter Savanna is now 4 1/2 years old and Lisa's children from her previous marriage, Dominick is 13 and Andrea is 11. I could only imagine what my life would have been like over the past 5 1/2 years without them all in it. Quieter perhaps, but definitely missing the ups and downs of being a father.
