Posting pictures on message boards
ok here goes:
First go to this site www.tinypic.com
Click the BROUSE button and select the picture you want to use (you need to save the picture you want to you pc first)
Once you've done that click the HOST IMAGE button.
The picture you chose will appear at the bottom of the screen - next to it you will see 4 sections: TAG - IMG - URL and LINK.
You need to copy the code next to IMG (the second one down) ...
It will look something like this:
[IMG]http://i2.tinypic.com/sxc4yu.jpg[/IMG]
All you need to do is change the IMG to lower case (now img) so it looks like this:
[img]http://i2.tinypic.com/sxc4yu.jpg[/img]
Now your ready to post your picture, when your writing a post on a message board just add this code and when you save your post your picture will appear.
You need to do this each time you want to use a picture, once you've done it a few times it will take no time at all!
Posting Pictures in Blog comments
To post a picture in a blog comment all you need to do differently is instead of using the IMG code you need to use the TAG code instead.. you dont have to change anything, just copy the code to where you want it.
The tag code will look something like this -
<a href="http://tinypic.com"><img src="http://i2.tinypic.com/sxceh4.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>

P.s - Other picture hosting sites can be used e.g. www.photobucket.com etc...
