FINALLY -- SALE PENDING!!! Jul 08, 2009 \| 5:28AM Yipee -- the house is in escrow!!! Lots of inspections scheduled for today. Personal belongings are jumping in boxes. Not only am I eager to get out of the Bay Area, but so are my belongings! More move status to follow. Keep your fingers crossed for clean inspections!
