Just a quick update for those who DO read my blogs.....:-)

I am rarely in grab these days, i pop in about once a week just to check my mail but not much else.

I have just lost interest in grab latley and have found other sites i prefer and also life things that keep me busy. But I will try to keep in touch with all my good friends here as and when I can.

I Just thought I'd let you all know that I'm not on here as much as I used to be. I pop in most days but don't have time to stop for long, spend a little more time on here some nights, but mostly busy with other stuff at the moment.

I will still try to post on blogs, yours and mine! And answer any challenges when I have time.  It's nice to see the challenges are working again now!!!

Not sure when I'll be back to grab full time but I've not left,  just got  "life" stuff to do and It doesn't leave me much time to play games here or on the other sites I go to!!  Sadly it also means I don't have much time to chat with my friends but hopefully I'll be back before long with much more free time!!

What does everyone think of the new grab now?

I have been on grab as a free member for a long time now and always enjoyed the site except for a few occasions when the glitches got too much and I left for a while. Lately I haven't been on here as much, but I do still play games, visit the boards and chat to friends. I haven't been off grab for anything  (recently) other than personal reasons or everyday life commitments that mean I've not had the time to be here. I'd never seen any reason to go gold as I didn't seem to get anything worthwhile for my money. I was just happy to come to grab and enjoy my games etc.

But now I'm not so sure I like the place anymore. I really DON'T like the VIP thing, I think it makes us non-paying members seem worhtless and although many have tried to say this is not the case, I saw a post on "grab bag" with the gmail that gold members recieved before the change that basically said non-paying members mean very little to the site. it states that VIP members are classed as "very important person" and that their oppinion means everything. Fair enough, they do pay, but what about all of us who've been here for years and stuck with the site through all kinds of problems?? Surely our oppinions count for something too!?

Sure change the name of "gold" to something else if they want but I think VIP is the wrong choice. Status in life is always an issue among people and to bring it into a games site where some will probably abuse the name tag, (look at karma, a relitively smple thing meaning nothing in the real world, but it was badly abused) seems very wrong to me. If they do nothing else, I think changing that VIP to something else is a good idea.

As for all the new bugs and glitches, as with every other change on grab,they happen and I'm sure in time they will be sorted out. 

Here's a silly question for you all. I often wonder why not many people seem to read my blogs, I have loads of friends but it's only the same few people who read and sign my blogs every time!! Thank you to those who do!!

So I always feel sad that others have loads of posts on their blogs and I usually max out at  around 6!!! lol Never mind, it's probably because my bogs are soooo dull!!!! :-) Must try harder!!! :-)

Hi all!

Someone sent me a birthday cake, I know I got a few but, this one I have no idea who sent it!! So whoever you are......Thank you very much!

My birthday was okay but I was ill on the day so didn't do much, spent most of the day eating lots of chocolate and other junk foods!! yummy! If you can't eat chocolate and rubbish on your birthday, when can you? lol

Well, it's coming round to my birthday again (aug 27th) and thought I'd write this little blog to see how many people actually read it and reply!!

This year I've not got much planned, a couple of nights out with friends and family, and the rest of the time I just plan to relax and do nothing!!

So...here's wishing me a happy birthday...lol someone's gotta do it so might as well be me!!!

Well, I'm sooo happy to see that we can comment on blogs again and also that the page scrolling problem has been fixed, and the little yellow "gold member" sign has gone from my name. So it looks like some of the glitches are getting fixed. Slowly but surely!! Hope things keep on getting better!

Well, it was so funny to sign in today and find myself a gold member!! I know it's just one of the glitches on the new "grab" but made me smile! shame it only shows up on my profile!

Not sure how I feel about the new layout yet, all a bit confusing with all the glitches etc. I'm sure it will get better. It will probably be good once all the faults are ironed out and everything is working properly.

So, what does everyone else think about the new style grab? Good or bad?
