here is a parkour video of a russian guy doing many stunts, know as parkour, free running and tricking.. enjoy and please dont try it if you are not trained... at the moment im doing that sport also, is very fun and risky. so risky that I almost died falling from a 50ft bridge with a highway underpass.. luckly my hands are strong enough that when i felt off the side I grabthe edge and I was hanging, lift my self up and lived.. thanks god....
