who gives us Freedom of the Press.

It is the soldier

not the Post

who fives us Freedom of Speech.

It is the soldier,

not the campus Organizer who has

given us the Freedom to Demonstrate.

It is the soldier,

who salutes the flag,

who serves beneath the flag,

and whose coffin is draped by the flag

that allows the Protester to burn the flag.

Good afternoon friends...I hope you all are having a wonderful day...It started out cloudy this AM, but now at 1:54 PM it is sunny and bright...I love it...:)

This message was emailed to me from an uncle last night ..It is so 'right on' in content..Straight to the point with no holds barred..Legislators, civilians , people in all walks of life can do their bit on the home front...But in the end, it's always been the troops: the men and women who are put in harm's way that cinched all of the freedoms and privilges we hold dear...Invariably , there have been forces from without our boundaries who have tried to hamper and dominate us and the rest of the free world..It is the military ---ours and those of our allies--- who have been in the trenches to secure all we want to preserve about our lives..This verse exemplifies the worth of our troops in every area of service...God bless them and God Bless the USA and our allies...hugsss...Pat
