GOOD AFTERNOON

MY SWEET FRIENDS

 

Sorry I’m late it has been an eventful morning. As you all know I do most of my dads house work for him as he is going blind. When I got to his house this morning there he was up a ladder painting his window ledges. I’m glad I went up when I did because he could have fallen and really hurt himself.  I know it must be hard for him as he was always so active but its way to dangerous for him to be climbing ladders. I got the back of the house done , I’m going to do the front of the house for him tomorrow with the help of my sister in law.

Oh my gosh! How scary that must have been! Parents are like that tho, they want to pull their weight! Maybe you could make him a list of some safe chores to do..:) Have a terrific day!

Good afternoon Maralyn. How very scary for you. I agree it must be very hard when health problems take away your freedom to do as you once could. I`m sure if the shoe was on the other foot he`d go mad at you for doing something like this! I`m glad you arrived in time and I think Marji has an excellent sugestion. Hugs Jill
