Remembering 9/11
Well I don't know how to really start this but I feel like I should say something about it. Ya know.. I watched that movie last night about the 9/11 reports. I am just appalled that we (USA) knew about the whole thing more than 8 years before the major blow up. But yet, we chose to really do nothing. I am amazed, that the authorities, have to get confirmation, from Washington before they can act on something, and with something as major as finding and locating and bringing in the FBI's most wanted they had to ask if they could and was denied. We focus to much on whether or not the president is getting blow jobs, and his lies, and his wifes scandals, and who they are dining with and who they are in business with than.... where the terrorists are. We had contacts that were willing to help US capture the criminals but Washington said no... I am just in disbelif that we live in a country with such caous. We could have had Bin Laden, 8 years ago. Knowing that he was known as the Tall One, and was funding the terrorists, but Washington didn't want us to kill him.
..Does this make sense to anyone???
I know... I should feel some type of sorrow, well I do for the loss of life, and for the families that lost loved ones, .. I was working for Hertz Rent a car at the time, in the reservation center. Trust me when I tell you .. I heard the horror stories, and heard the cries, but knowing that I helped as many people as I could, to bring them to there families was my good deed. I had nightmares, from what I had heard, I had a friend who was there, who out of 200 people on his floor was the only to survive. Who got the phone call from his best friend from one floor below that had survived, on Christmas that year, that blew his brains out because of the memories. BUT YET, all this could have been prevented!!!! OMG!!!
And they call us the smart country, the rich country, and everyone wants to come here????!!!!?????
Remember we Elect these idiots to office... And yet the news crews have the BALLS!!!! to go to New Orleans and interview Ray Nagin, and ask him why .. why .. he hasn't got it cleaned up, but yet there is still a big ole hole in the ground in New York, after 5 years, and it has only been a year since Katrina. Where are our priorities.????
I'll tell ya ... they would rather vote in there own raises than help the families of the Katrina, they would rather take away there trailers, hotel rooms, and anywhere else they are staying, than cut them a check, they would rather take to court the insurance companies and allow them not to give the families the money they deserve. But have the Balls to ask the Mayor, who I admire and respect, totally... Ray Nagin, why he hasn't done more... SHEESH!!!!
And they critisize his answer, and his beliefs. Remember our tax dollars are supporting the white house... and the idiots and [censored]s up there.. I am sorry to say I have a family in the White House. But it doesnt' help me understand what the HELL we are thinking and doing...
So with that being said, I do feel some sorrow for the loss of loved ones, the trauma, and the hurt and pain that was caused or lost on that day,but I also feel the same for the Katrina victims. Who didn't have any choice to do what they did. But I also feel some disrespect for the people who sit in there mighty chairs and do nothing for us, don't really protect us, who are on a wait and see policy just to see if they have the right info before protecting this country that our forefather fought so hard to win and keep. I think it is time we took a stand for what we belive in ...
Who 's with me ?????
