The Perfect Weather Sep 27, 2005 \| 4:49PM For me, the ideal day's weather would be hot and dry. Death Valley in May, with the wildflowers blooming and a slight breeze, feet propped up on the balcony railing. It really is a "dry heat", which makes all the difference. I've been to Atlanta, Georgia in the Summertime. Thought I was gonna die.

Dry heat is definately more bearable if you have to pick between the two. I grew up in New mexico so I know about dry heat. Then my hubby was stationed in North Carolina. Yucky 100% humidity. What is that all about.

Alexandria, Louisiana in August. Like walking into an armpit.

I'd never been so happy to be in a mall in my entire life (and never as reluctant to leave one, either).
