This will be a question & answer hour to help & inform others on different subjects.   

Please keep your questions clear & concise & to the point. 

Allow ample time for each question to be answered.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GMAIL THE PROFESSIONAL VIA THE ID, THEY ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE THIS WAY.  THESE ACCOUNTS ARE SET UP FOR THE GUESTS ONLY & THEY CHANGE MONTHLY - Being non-existent accounts.

Contact information will be provided if the guests wish so.

This does not mean after guests, host & co-host leave that chat cannot continue, hope it does. This is just a start.

There will be our own hosts & co hosts (looking for volunteers). Responsibilities listed below.   Only professionals with good knowledgeable advice to answer any questions. Hosts & co-hosts look for guests that have knowledge in an area to help others.  And hopefully keep the chat in line so all questions are answered. And ensure all rules are met.

This may also consist in taking screen shots in case of unfortunate behavior.

Host & Co-host Responsibilities: 

1) Host & co-host keep the questions & answers going. 

2) Host & co-host watch the boards & try to ensure that all questions are answered in order.  They will write down the questions, & private message the guest if needed on the next question.

3) Host & co-host ensure that the subject matter stays on topic

4) Hosts & co-host ensure to take screen shots or report to contact staff in case of problems

5) Host & co-host ensure there will always be 2 people to help out - 2 volunteers - The host & co-host.

Host will be responsible to find a co-host.  Co-host will take the initiative to find another co-host to back them up in case of absence of host making them the host.  There will be a list of volunteer hosts & co-hosts.  These people will rotate monthly.

6) Hosts & co-host track questions, and try to ensure they are answered in order while maintaining the chat IE: Letting others know to hold on, question from ....will now be answered, etc...

7) Hosts & co-host attempt to find guests on various subjects these will be professionals. They can be searched online & emailed with the date & times & asking for 2 volunteers. Hosts & co-hosts research subject as well in case of no guest.

8) Hosts & co-hosts communicate with each other, in case of emergency to fill in

9) Host will introduce guest, them self, co-host & the subject & welcome everyone.  Host will at the end say thank you to guest & all.

10) 5 minutes - Before closing: Co-Host will remind host & or ask the guest if they have contact information & or a website for others to view for the future.

11) Co-host will watch the clock, & remind everyone that it be ending in 5 mins. last question is etc...& remind host to do thank you's.

12) Take note of all people that enter the chat to send an invitation to the next chat.
