Have you ever tried to purchase anything on E-Bay? I'm not talking about "buy it now". I'm talking about  the auction?! For the last week I have been trying to acquire a straight jacket for my son for X-mas.Yes folks,I said a straight jacket?That is an entirely different blog story! Anyway,these auctions go for days at a time with no bids whatsoever until I place my first bid!Then everyone and their brother has to have what I want.Thursday evening,I waited until the last 2 minutes to make my bid .Wouldn't you know it someone outbid me in the last second by$1and got MY prize!!!This is absolutely maddening! I have another chance tonight.I think I will wait  until the last 30 seconds.If I get the straight jacket,I may share why my son wants one LOL.  Before I close,I would like to make mention of the fact that the Jerry Lewis telethon will be here soon.One of my dearest friends here on Grab(mco533)has a loved one very dear and close to her that suffers from MD.We should all send our love and support to our friend.Also,we should all try to do what we can,large or small,tosupport the Jerry Lewis telethon.I have been watching and donating since I was a young girl.Let's all try to find a cure for this terrible disease!
