I have several recipes that I cherish, and are well accepted. "Hawaiian Food" was a favorite of many
(gr.beef, garlic, onion, tomatoes, green peppers, soy sauce/water) served over steamed rice.

My meatloaf is the old Quaker Oats recipe, & a favorite for potluck dinners.

Ebelksivers is Swedish/Danish fritter-like, cooked in a special pan (similar to egg poacher). Inside is strawberry, applesauce, other fruits or jam. Rolled in powder sugar. A favorite of all!

BUT...when my great-granddaughter was about two, I made cinnamon toast for her. She went home to tell her parents that I don't "frost the toast" but I put cinnamon/sugar on it (Yes, I use butter too).
"It's the bestest toast in the whole wide world!"
