Bell the cat

Long ago ,there was a big cat in the house ,who caught many mice while they were stealing food .One day the mice had a meeting to discuss on the way to deal with their common enemy .No one came up with a good idea,until at last a yong mouse got up anng said,"we could tie a bell around the neck of the cat ,so that whenever he comes near ,we can hear him and ruy away at once .Everyone was excited by the idea ,but an old wise mouse got up and said ,"It's all very ,but who is going to tie the bell to the cat ?"the mice look at each other ,speechless.
