Do you prefer cloth napkins or paper?

Definitely paper, unless it's the sooper-cheap, rough kind. Cloth napkins always seem to slippery silky for my liking-- like it doesn't really absorb well what it needs to, or thoroughly wipe off grub from my hands and face.

Paper napkins, on the other hand, seem to do a pretty efficient job of soaking up messes and really wiping stuff clean. And you can throw them away, so you don't have to worry about laundering them!

Voila! Who wouldn't prefer the efficiency and ease of a paper napkin over a cloth one?

Wow, 108 days since my last post? Yeah, I got the "you haven't blogged in a while" email from "Lex @ Grab" a while ago. At least it was during the time when Lex still was working for Grab, so it doesn't look strange, hehe.

Guess I should update. Problem is I can't think of a thing to write. Well, that's not exactly true. After nearly 4 months, there's plenty in the backlog of Blog Ideas of the Day that I can choose from. I just haven't worked up the motivation to write much. Perhaps I will later-- when the mood strikes me just right. I wouldn't hold my breath, though

What five items would you put in a time capsule?

-- Today's newspaper, so the future can see what yesterday's headlines were.
-- A cell phone
-- The current #1 albums on the various charts
-- A photo album charting an entire lifetime
-- The current #1 bestselling books in the various genres

That way 3 things are there: stuff about our culture, technology, and current events.

Which vice would you indulge in if it had no negative side effects?

I'd sleep like a cat-- 80% of the time! And pig out on junk food and subsist on beer. Then during my waking hours I'd laze around and watch TV all day, or surf the web. Oh wait, that was viceS, not vice. Ah well, I guess it can all be chalked up under the general categories of "being lazy" and "not eating healthfully"

Where would you choose to travel if money was no object?

Good question! There's lots of places I want to see. I want to see all those places that are so romanticized or glamorized in movies. Like Paris, London, Rome, and Greece. I want to see the big glitzy cities like New York City, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas. I want to see the small towns, like the Little House of Laura Ingalls Wilder fame, and roam the cornfields of Iowa. I want to relax on a sunny beach in the Caribbean. I want so see what Alaska is really like, and experience a sweltering Christmas in Australia. I guess my answer can be summed up: "everywhere in the world!"

What makes you laugh that you're ashamed to admit?

Some of the stuff you see on America's Funniest Home Videos, or Candid Camera. Like this one episode that had nice, clean glass next to a wide-open door, so it looked like the glass was the doorway, and people kept bumping into the glass. I felt bad because it probably hurt when they hit the glass, but it was pretty funny to see their reactions. Sometimes those pranks can be downright mean, but they sure are funny to watch!

The electronic device I use most often is...

My phone. And my computer-- wouldn't be writing this if I didn't! Hmmm... does the microwave count at all?
