That is him. isn't he adorable? :]  the answer is yes, but it doesn't matter, cuz youu can't have him.  he is mine and that statement makes me mucho happy.  i am very lucky to have met him. and i'm thrilled that he asked me out.  he's super silly and i love that.  plus, i can be myself around him.  looking at his picture right now while i'm writing this makes me smile.  he's so cute. :D  well anyways, yes he is my boyfriend.
