The day light breaks again

Another day has begun.

But still no sleep has come.

My body is weary My mind overworked.

I lie awake thinking

But what I am unsure.

I need to break free from the cycle I endure.

Everyday is the same and the nights are undistinguished.

 I feel as though I am being pushed along with the tide

 Unable to break free from the everyday flow.

This is not me I need to change, before time takes over

And I am unable to change.

I need to be freed from the grasp of ordinary

 And become that person I have always longed for.

Express myself in every way, and conquer the dreams as I lie awake.

Then I may fall asleep and put my mind to rest.

Make changes in my life and help those in need.

 I would like to touch everyone's life in a positive way

 And leave my mark on society before I fade away.

after been a very stressful day at work, i come home to find my house is a tip ( again ) teenagers havnt moved, hubby working late, washing up needs doing, dinner needs cooking, hovering needs done, beds need making, and another thousand jobs before i can sit down. then i discovered the meaning of life, you run a nice warm bubble bath, lock the door, turn music on ( soppy songs ) loud enough so you cant hear anything else, open bottle of wine and stay in bath till the bottle empty.: total happiness and contentment, without care in world.

try it its fantastic and really does give you lifes answers

been 3 weeks since my last cigerette, had some rough times but feel healthier than have in years.

its wednesday the 8th febuary 2006 and im smoking my last cigarette ever, im feeling very nervous and quite scared about whats ahead of me. i have work today which i am very pleased about, i can keep busy all day, not looking forward to lunchtime, shall keep you posted.

nanny's little angel is 16 months old and the most wonderful little girl in the world. she lights up a room just by being in it, becoming a mother was always the greatest acheivment of my life. and becoming a grandmother is the perfect reward.
