Hate to Cook? Try This! ("rerun")

DRUNK RUMP

1 five-pound rump roast

1 can of beer

1 can beef broth

1 package dry onion soup mix

Cook in crockpot on HIGH for 7-8 hours.  Juice is great for French Dip sandwiches. The meat and a little juice is also great on hoagie buns with spicy deli mustard.

ENJOY!

[My first roast must have been tough because it had to be cooked about 10 hours, but it was so good.]

Hey Tootie, "drunk rump" cook AND roast. Wonder how it would taste with a 6-pack poured into it? I don't even like beer. I buy the little 2-pack for cooking...when I cook and that's not often.
