I was just wondering if people actually take the time to read and respond to blogs?

Baby Homecoming
Jan 24, 2006 | 7:07AM

For all my friends out there that have been checking on the status of baby Deyonna, well as I type this blog, I'm happy to report that the baby is on her way home!  Hooray for Baby Deyonna.  So small and delicate, yet strong as an ox.

Baby update
Jan 17, 2006 | 7:07AM
I'm posting this for anyone who may have read my previous blog about baby Deyonna.  I am happy to report that the baby made it through surgery with great success.   Recently the baby was taken off of oxygen and has been taken off feeding tubes as well.  For anyone that sent their prayers, I genuinely thank you.  Hopefully the next time I post I can report that the baby is finally home with her mom and dad.

Asking for prayers
Jan 07, 2006 | 9:43AM
I am writing this blog to ask those out there for a prayer.  Yesterday morning my best friend of eight years gave birth to her first child, a beautiful baby girl.  Sadly, shortly after her birth it was discover that Deyonna (the baby) was born with her heart on the wrong side of her chest.  She was airlifted to a childrens hospital for emergency surgery.  So please for the sake of this child send her your prayers.

Precious seconds

Smiley  Yesterday I was reminded once again that time is always happening, so it's incredibility easy to take it for granted.   People live their days as content as possible---then BAM [censored] hits the fan.  I am sad to say that I spent hours at the ER last night and watched her go through the pain of a miscarriage.  She was in her first trimester---but as any mother knows that even that soon in a pregnancy there is already a bond forming there.  I saw her the day before and things were great -- then suddenly turmoil.  Life is funny like that, but if it wasn't that way I don't think life would be very interesting.
