My cat has already gone through way more than nine lives in her life.  Cali is now going on 20 years old.  She continues to amaze me and always is there by my side. In her younger years, she loved to run, jump and play just like any other cat. She used to climb up on the mantle of the fireplace, walk across it and pounce on any unsuspecting person who happened to be sitting in a close chair.  Today she moves a lot slower with guarded steps.  She seems to be having mini-strokes now. With the first one, she couldn't hold her head up. For three days we went around the house half expecting the worst.  She wouldn't eat. It looked grave. After the third day, dinnertime came around and we called her to dinner. She came from her hiding place running. Head up and acting like nothing had happened. Another life passed. This has now happened to her at least three times. Some how she always rallies around. So now here are my words of wisdom. Have faith and patience. If you just have some patience, What may seem bad now, will always get better. God knows how much you can take and will not give you more than you can handle. Have faith!
