Since the World Open was inaugurated in 1975, Jansher Khan has clinched the title eight times, with his relative Jahangir coming close behind winning six titles. In 1982 Jahangir astonished everyone by winning the International Squash Players Association Championship without losing a single point! Fastest Cricket Bowler:
The highest electronically measured speed for a ball bowled by any bowler is 100.23mph (161.3km/h) by Shoaib Akhtar (Pakistan) against England on 22 February 2003 in a World Cup match at Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa.
Nicknamed the 'Rawalpindi Express' Shoaib burst onto the cricket scene in 1999, but has since struggled to cement a first choice place in the Pakistan line-up. He has played for many teams, including: Agriculture Development Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan International Airlines, Rawalpindi Cricket Association, Somerset, Khan Research Labs, Durham, Lashings and Pakistan.

The largest mosque is Shah Faisal Mosque, near Islamabad, Pakistan. The total area of the complex is 18.97 ha (46.87 acres), with the covered area of the prayer hall being 0.48 ha (1.19 acres). It can accommodate 100,000 worshippers.

A football made from artificial leather PV-PVC and hand-sewn by staff at Ihsan Sports of Hajipura, Sialkot, Pakistan, had a diameter of 4m (13ft 1in) when measured on 30 June 2002.
The super-sized soccer ball – an exact replica of the company's standard football – was made from 32 separate panels that were laminated, printed then hand-stitched together. It was unveiled at the Al Faysaliah shopping mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by members of the Disabled Children's Society. "I was amazed at the size of the football," said one spectator, "and I imagine it would be really hard to actually play with."

- Heaviest Weight Lifted With Ear:
The heaviest weight lifted using only the ear is 51.7 kg (113 lb 15 oz) by Zafar Gill (Pakistan), who lifted gym weights hanging from a clamp attached to his right ear and held the weight for seven seconds on May 26, 2004 at Lahore, Pakistan.

- Largest Volunteer Ambulance Organization:
Abdul Sattar Edhi (Pakistan) began his ambulance service in 1948, ferrying injured people to hospital. Today, his radio-linked network includes 500 ambulances all over Pakistan, and attracts funds of US$5 million a year.

- Largest Appendix Removed:
An appendix removed from a 55-year-old Pakistani man on June 11, 2003, at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad, Pakistan, measured 23.5 cm (9.2 in) in length. The operation was carried out by Dr. Riaz Ahmed Khokhar.
The appendix is a long, thin, worm-like pouch sticking out of the join between the large and small intestines. Doctors are still not sure of its purpose – or even if it has a purpose – and although it contains immune-system cells, if it's surgically removed, health doesn't suffer.
Smallest Koran
The smallest published Koran book measures 1.7 cm x 1.28 cm x 0.72 cm (0.66 in x 0.50 in x 0.28 in). It is published in an unabridged, bound version, in fine print Arabic and is 571 pages long. Dr Muhammad Karim Beebani at October 15, 2004 in Pakistan.

The largest victory margin is 233 runs by Pakistan against Bangladesh (320 for the loss of three wickets to 87 all out), at Dhaka, Bangladesh, on June 2, 2000.

- Youngest Cricket Test Player:
The youngest Test player ever is Hasan Raza (Pakistan) who made his debut, aged 14 years 227 days, against Zimbabwe at Faisalabad, Pakistan on 24 October 1996.
Born 11 March 1982 in Karachi, like other Pakistani cricketers Raza was given test match experience very early. The right-handed batsmen has played for Pakistan Customs, Habib Bank Limited, Karachi Cricket Association, and Pakistan.

Anas (May Allah Pleased with him), a companion of Prophet Muhammad (May Allah Raises His Ranks and rest Him in Peace) reported that when the Prophet Muhammad migrated from Makkah to Madinah, the people of Madinah used to have two festivals. On those two days they had carnivals and festivity. Prophet Muhammad asked the Ansaar (the Muslims of Madinah) about it. They replied that before Islam they used to have carnivals on those two joyous days. The Prophet Muhammad told them: 'Instead of those two days, Allah has appointed two other days which are better, the days of Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-al-Adha.' (Hadith)

EID-UL-FITR is celebrated on the first day of Shaw'wal, at the completion of Ramadzan. Shaw'wal is the 10th month of the Islamic calendar. The Eid-al-Fitr is a very joyous day; it is a true Thanksgiving Day for the believing men and women. On this day Muslims show their real joy for the health, strength and the opportunities of life, which Allah has given to them to fulfill their obligation of fasting and other good deeds during the blessed month of Ramadzan.

On the Eid day
• Wake up early.
• Prepare for personal cleanliness, take care of details of clothing, etc.
• Take a bath after Fajr (at the time of dawn) Prayer.
• Brush your teeth.
• Dress up, putting on best clothes available, whether new or cleaned old ones.
• Use perfume non alcoholic (men only).
• Have breakfast before leaving for Eid prayer at ground. On Eid-al-Adha, breakfast is after Salaat or after sacrifice if you are doing a sacrifice.
• Pay Zakaat-al-Fitr (kind of chairity) before Salaat-al-Eid (on Eid-al-Fitr).
• Go to prayer ground early.
• Offer Salaat-al-Eid in congregation in an open place except when whether is not permitting like rain, snow, etc.
• Use two separate route to and from the prayer ground.
• Recite the following Takbir on the way to Salaat and until the beginning of Salaat-al-Eid:
Allaho-Akber, Allaho-Akber. La ila-ha ill-lal-laho. Wal-laho-Akber, Allaho-Akber.
Wa-lillahill hamd.

(Allah is great, Allah is great. There is no god but Allah. Sure Allah is great, Allah is great. And all praises are for Allah).

How to offer Eid prayer:

Ibn Abbass (Allah may pleased with him) reported: " I participated in the Eid-ul-Fitr prayer with the Messenger of Allah (May Allah Raise His Ranks and Rest Him in Peace), Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman (May Allah pleased with all of them), and all of them held Eid prayer before Khutbah, and then the Prophet Muhammad (saw) delivered the Khutbah (sermon)."(Muslim)

Structure of Eid prayer:

Eid prayer is wajib (strongly recommended, just short of obligatory). It consists of two Rakaat (units) with six additional Takbirs. It must be offered in congregation. The prayer is followed by the Khutbah. The Khutbah is part of the worship and listening to it is Sunnah.

What is Eid ul Fitr

Eid ul Fitr marks the end of the month of Ramadzan. We say farewell to the blessed month, it’s beautiful days and its fragrant nights. We leave the month of seeking nearness to Ar-Rahman, the school of Eman and an opportunity to recharge our spiritual batteries.
Eid-ul-Fitr is linked with the Holy month of Ramadan. It signifies the end of the month of fasting (the first day of the month of Shawwal).
Eid-ul-Fitr is a unique festival. It has no connection with any historical event nor it is related to the changes of seasons or cycles of agriculture. It is not a festival related in any way to worldly affairs.
Its significance is purely spiritual. It is the day when the Muslims thank God for having given them the will, the strength and the endurance to observe fast and obey His commandment during the holy month of Ramadzan.
This day, in Muslim world, brings rejoicing and happiness. The rejoicing is not, however, at the departure of the month of Ramadan; it is the happiness which man feels after successfully completing an important task.
It is celebrated for three days in a holiday called Eid-ul-Fitr (the Feast of Fast Breaking). Gifts are exchanged. Friends and family gather to pray in congregation.
The feast of Fitr is God’s reward for those who fast during the holy month of Ramadzan. In this month, man should try to add to his true knowledge of God, do acts of charity for the needy, renew his beliefs towards his Lord and this will be a real Bairam Feast (Turkish word, meaning festival) for him. The prayers of the day of Bairam a reason of unity and solidarity of Muslims all over the world.

Why celebrate Eid ul Fitr?

Is Eid a sign of happiness that Ramadhan has finished? Quite the opposite! It is a celebration of thanks to Allah for giving us the chance and the strength to carry out His commands in the blessed month. We are happy that we were able to fast and pray in Ramadzan, and have hopefully increased in taqwa (God-consciousness), the goal of fasting.
Allah says:
“You shall complete the number (of days) and you may glorify God for His guiding you, and that you may be thankful.”
The Caliph Ali (May Allah pleased with him) says: “Eid is for him whose fasts have been accepted by Allah, and whose worship has been appreciated by Allah. Everyday in which you do not disobey Allah is a day of Eid.”
The day of Eid is meant for remembering Allah. The Holy Prophet says: “Give beauty to your Eid by doing takbir”. It is said that the Prophet himself used to come out of his home on the day of Eid, receiting the takbir and glorifying Allah in a loud voice.
The night of Eid ul fitr is a majestic night. It is beneficial to keep awake for Ibadah as this night is of equal importance as the night of Qadr. Eid must not just mark the ‘end’ of Ramadhan. Rather, it should be a new beginning, where we emulate our character and Islamic values, which we have focused upon for the past 29,30 days. We are like a child out of the womb, pure and innocent. Eid is the day of victory as we have succeeded in subduing our desires and purified ourselves. Let’s not wash away our good deeds and revert to our merry old ways. Let the masjid still overflow with worshippers; let the Quran be the most essential part of our lives instead of letting it gather dust on our shelves. Our condition should be better than before Ramadzan.
Eid is not just a ritual that provides us with an excuse to enjoy ourselves. It represents important values and participating in them, we seek to please the Almighty and attain nearness to Him.
On this day do honour God for His endless and all-enhancing mercy.

A Child ten years of age came in an ice cream parlor, take his seat and wait for the waiter. When Waiter came to him the child asked:

Uncle I want a cup of ice cream, how much an ice cream cup costs? ? Waiter replied : Rupees*. 15  The little angel counted his total asserts and asked; Is there any small cup? 

You can get a small cup of Rupees.12, waiter told. 

The child anxiously ordered for the small cup. The Waiter served him the ice cream and got busy else where. 

The Child joyfully ate the ice cream, put the money onto the tabel and left. Waiter came to take the empty cup and to collect the money, And Was surprised to count the money, that was Rupees. 15 ??? the little angel had left three rupees as his 'tip'.

The child can get the large cup of ice cream but he feel ........... its better to eat a bit less, but should give reward of the waiter's services. 

The eyes of waiter became blurr with tears, seeing the innocence of the child. Although they had no relation ???

 But only ....... the Humanity

Eid-ul-Adhia is a festival that is celebrated on the 10th of Dhul Hijja and marks the close of the Hajj ceremony or Pilgrimage to the Ka'aba. A Muslim is required to perform the pilgrimage at least once in his lifetime, provided that he can afford the cost of the journey, is not indebted to anyone and is not otherwise prevented from performing the Haj. Those who unable to perform the pilgrimage join in the Eid-ul-Adhia ceremony at their own places. The Eid is celebrated with great solemnity and reverence everywhere. Like Eid-ul-Fitr, Muslims make preparations several days before the festival. The animals to be sacrificed are bought well before the Eid day by those who can afford to do so. These animal should be free from all physical defects and should be fully grown. In case of sheep, goat or lamb, one animal suffices for one household, while a cow or a camel can be shared by upto seven families. On the day of the Eid, Muslims assemble in the Eid-gah or in the large mosques of the town for Eid Prayer Service. The Eid Prayer is comprised of two Raka'as and offered in the same manner as Eid-ul-Fitr. Generally no breakfast is served on this Eid, and those who offer sacrifice do not eat anything until after they have sacrificed the animal. After the prayer the Imam delivers a sermon in which he explains the significance of the festival, giving the details of the sacrifices offered by Abraham, his wife Hager and their son Ishmael. Returning by a different route and singing the praise of Almighty Allah, Muslim worshippers return home and slaughter their animals. On Eid day, Muslims recite the praise of Allah in the following words: Allah ho Akbar, Allah ho Akbar La illaha illa Allah, wa Allah ho Akbar, Allah ho Akbar wa Lillah hil Hamd.

The person who offers the sacrifice is allowed to use a portion of the meat, the remainder is distributed among the relatives, friends, neighbors and the poor. The animals my be sacrificed on the day of the Eid or the two days that follow. Millions of animals are slaughtered all over the world on this occasion. The skins of the slaughtered animals are sold and the proceeds given to different charities. Philosophy of the Sacrifice:   According to the teachings of Islam, the sacrifice of animals is not offered to appease offended deities nor to win their favor as an atonement of sins as was the case of many other nations. The Holy Quran made it quite clear by stating: "Neither the flesh nor the blood of your sacrifices reaches God, but it is the righteous motive underlying them that reaches Him." (22:37)   In other words, the slaughtering of animals is a symbolic expression whereby a Muslim declares his readiness to lay down his own life and everything he owes for the sake of God Almighty. The animal that is sacrificed really stands for the animal in man himself.

The Believers have succeeded, who are humble in their Prayer, when turn away from idle non-sense, who are active at Almas-giving, who guard thier private parts ----- except from their wives or what their right hand own, for then they are not to be blamed; but those who seek beyond that, they are the trespassers ------ who watch their trusts and their covenants, and who guard their prayers. Those are the inheritors, who shall inherit the Paradise, dwelling therein forever.

Surely WE have created man from an extract of clay, then WE created the sperm-drop in a secure repository, the WE created of the sperm-drop a clot, and created of the clot a lump of flesh, and clothed the bones with flesh, then WE produced him as another creation ; blessed be GOD, the best creators.

then after that you shall die, then on the Day of Resurrection you shall be raised up.and WE created above you seven paths, and WE are not heedless of creation.

and WE sent down water from the heaven in a measure, and WE lodged it in the earth ; and WE are able to take it away. And WE produced for you therewith gardens of palms and vines, wherein are many fruits for you, of which you eat, and a tree that comes forth from the Mount of Sinai, which produces oil and relish for the eaters. And tere is a lesson for you in the cattle; WE give you a drink of what is in their bellies, and in them are many profits for you, and of them you eat;

and on them and on the ships, you are carried. And WE sent Noah to his people ; and he said, 'O my people, serve GOD ; you have no god other than HE ; will you not be godfearing ?' But the chiefs of the unbelievers of his people said, 'this is only a man like you, who desires to have superiority over you; had God willed, He would have sent down angles; we did not hear this among our ancient fathers. He is only a man bedeviled; so wait with him for a time.' He said, 'my Lord, help me for they have given me lies to me.'

And WE revealed to him, 'make the Ark under OUR eyes and OUR revelation ; when OUR command comes and the oven boils, insert in it two of every kind and thy people, except for him against whom out of them the word has already gone forth ; and do not address ME concerning the wrong-doers ; they shall be drowned. And when thou and those have embarked the Ark say, 'praise be to GOD who has delivered us from the wrongdoing people.' And say, 'my lord cause me to land down a blessed landing ; Thou are the best of those who cause the landing.' Surely in that are signs; and surely WE do put the trial.

Then after them, WE produced another generation, and WE sent among them a Messenger out of them: 'Serve GOD, you have no god other than HE; will you not be godfearing ?' And chiefs of his people, who disbelieved and gave lies to the meeting of the Hereafter, and whom WE had given ease in the present life, said, 'he is only a man like you, who eats of what you eat and drinks of what you drink. If you obey a man like you, then you shall surely be losers. Away, away with that you are promised. It is only our present life that we die and live, and we shall not be raised. He is only a man who has forged a lie against God and we will not believe him.' He said, ' my Lord, help me for they have given lies to me.' He said, 'a little while, and they will be remorseful.' And the cry seized them justly, and WE made them rubbish ----- away with the wrong doing people!

Then after them WE produced other generations. No community goes ahead of its term, nor can they put it back. Then, WE sent OUR Messengers successively; whenever there come to a community its Messenger, they gave lies to him, and WE made them to follow one another, and WE made them tales ------ away with a people who do not believe.

Then WE sent Moses and his brother Aaron; with signs and a clear authority, to Pharaoh and his chiefs but they waxed proud, and they were an arrogant people. They said, 'shall we believe two men like ourselves and their people are in our service.' So they gave lies to them, and were among the destroyed. And WE gave Moses the Book, that they may be guided.

And WE made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, and gave them refuge on a height, having a resting place and a spring. 'O Messengers, eat of the good things and do right, I know the things you do'.

And Surely this community of yours is one community; and I am your Lord ; so fear Me.' But the people split in their affair among them into sects; every group rejoices in what is with them. Leave them in their confusion for a time. Do they think that the aid WE give them in wealth and sons, WE hasted good for them? No; but they do not preceive. Surely those who tremble in awe of their Lord, who believe in the signs of their Lord, who do not associate anything with their Lord, those are the ones who hasted in good works and they shall go foremost in them.

WE do not change any soul but to its own capacity, and which US is a ook that speaks with truth, and they shall not be wronged. No, but their hearts are in confusion regarding this, and they have deeds apart from that, which they are doing. Till when WE seize with chastisement those of them that live at ease, behold, they groan. 'Do not groan today; you shall not receive any help from US.

Surely MY signs were recited to you, but you withdrew on your heels, waxing proud, talking foolish talk against them by night.' Have they not pondered the saying, or has there come to them that which did not come to their ancient fathers? Or have they not recognised their Messenger and therefore denied Him? Or do they say, 'He is bedeviled?' No, He has brought them the truth. If the truth had followed their caprices, the heavens and the earth and whoso is in them would have gone into disorder.

No, WE have brought them their Reminder, but they turn away from their Reminder. Or dost thou ask them for tribute? But the tribute of thy Lord is better, and HE is the best providers Surely thou art calling them to a straight path. But those, who do not beleive the Hereafter, deviate from the path. If WE had mercy on them, and remove the harm that is upon them, they would persist in their insolence, wandering blindly. WE already seized them with the chastisement, but they did not bring themselves down to their Lord, nor did they humble. Till, when WE open on them a door of terrible chastisement, lo, they are struck with despair.

It is HE who produced for you ears, the eyes and the hearts; little thanks you show. It is HE who scattered you in earth, and to HIM you shall be mustered. It is HE who gives life and makes to die, and He is the difference of night and day; will you not understand? But they say like of what the ancients said. They say, 'when we die and become dust and bones, shall we be raised up? We and our fathers have been promised this before; this is not but the fables of the ancients. Say, ' whose is the earth and whose is in it, if you know?' They will say, 'GOD's.' Say, will you not pay heed?' Say, ' who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the Mighty Thorne?' They will say, 'GOD's.' Say, 'will you not godfearing?' Say, 'in whose hand is the dominion of every thing, and who protects but is not protected, if you know?' They will say, ' GOD's.' Say, ' how are you then bewitched?' no, but WE have brought the truth, and they are indeed liars. GOD has not taken to HIM any son, and there is no god with HIM; for the, every god would have taken off what he created, and some of them would have overpowered others; GOD is Holy, beyond that they describe, Knower of the unseen and the visible, High above that they associate. Say, ' my Lord, if Thou shouldt show me what they are promised, my Lord, do not put me among the wrong doing people.

'Surely, WE are able to show thee what WE promise them. Repel the evil with that which is fairest; WE know very well what they describe. And say, ' my Lord, I take refuge in thee from the evil suggestions of the devils, and I take refuge in thee, my Lord, lest they attend me.' Till when deat5h comes to one of them, he says, 'my Lord, return me, that I may do right in that I left.' No, it is only a word he speaks; behind them is a barrier until the day they shall be raised up.

And when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship between them, nor will they question one another. Then he , whose scales are heavy, they will be the successful ones. And he whose scales are light, they will be the ones who have given loss to themselves, dwelling in Hell forever. The Fire shall scorch their faces while they grin there. 'Were not my signs recited to you, and you gave lies to them?' They will say, 'our Lord, our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we were an astray people; our Lord, take us out from it; if we repeat it, we shall be the wrongdoers,' HE will say, ' slink into it, and do not speak to ME. There was a party of my servants who said, 'our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us; thou art the best of the merciful.' But you took them for a laughing stock, till they made you forget My Remembrance, and you were ridiculing at them. To-day I have recompensed them for their patience and they are the triumphant.'

HE will say, 'how many number of years did you stay in the earth?' They will say, 'we stayed a day or part of a day ------- ask those who count.' HE will say, ' you stayed but a little, if you know.

With the grace of the Almighty GOD (Allah), Barak Obama has become the president of his country “America” … congratulation to him for this achievement!! ... GOD tell us through Al-Qur’an (mean)when someone decides to do something, and tries to do it he surely gets it … and so did Barak Obama, if he wished to become the president, so he is, now we are the ones who has to encourage him to do his best and should support him whole-heartedly! There is the meaning of Prophet Muhammad may the Almighty GOD raise His Ranks and Rest Him in peace saying that ‘helps the cruel’... Someone asked “how can we help the cruel?”…the reply was “by stopping him to do cruelty “, this doesn’t means that this was for Barak Obama, but I just wanted to tell that when GOD gives respect to someone we have to help him to carry on that respect. The prayers should not be just for our own selves ….. but it should be for the whole mankind!, so please pray for Barak Obama, the government of Barak Obama to spread Peace and Solidarity around the world, what ever this newly elected government wants to do for America, should do for the rest of world too. Obama is in America and Usama is in Afghanistan, in between is Pakistan, O’GOD Save the Earth, Save the Pakistan, my country.

There’s no land in the whole world like Indo-Pak subcontinent; where Pakistan and India survived.

The people of this land have smile on their face for each other, for whole world. They have nuclear bombs ready in their hands for whom? What’s in their heart, God the Almighty, knows better. But its sure they are open-hearted to spread love, peace, prosperity, solidarity, is there anyone who can get these from them? Surely no-one because these are the feelings of heart and there’s no such power in the world who can steal the feelings of the heart.

Indo-Pak subcontinent is the only land where people of every religion exists, not actually every religion but maximum sects of every religion, any one can find over here.

This is the land of four seasons, this is the land where the Indian Ocean exits, rivers, streams and the falls, and world’s sweetest fruit is over here, grains of every kind awarded at their season over here.

The world’s highest mountains K-2 and Everest.

THIS IS WHY THE EVIL DON’T WANT TO LET THEM IN LOVE, PEACE AND LONG LIFE LIVING. TELL THE EVIL THERE IS CREATOR OF WHOLE UNIVERSE.
