too busy to blog right now --- on facebook

 

I have been spending a bit of time on facebook .... sure enjoy that site ... got lots of different kinds of things happening on it ... you can send your friends tattoo, flowers, get yourself a garden growing, space planet happening ... really lots of cool stuff .... check it out when you get the chance and tell them sswan007@yahoo.ca otherwise known as Sharon Swan sent you ..... great site ....

This is for everyone that I know that is suffering from one or another kind of disease... I just pray that the Lord will lay his hands upon them and heal them... He knows their desires and their hearts .... for those of those that are not saved "Call upon His name" ...

What are the most important qualities you look for in friends?

I look for someone you can trust, confide in, and be there for you no matter what.... I would do the same for my friends.... to be a good listener and not an advisor... you can never have too many friends .... but what we mostly have is acquantainces and not friends ... friends stick with you through thick and thin and last a life time ... always there for you ....

 

Today is a very good day ... The Lord has given me the strength to do some house cleaning ... my lungs have been playing havoc with me lately making it hard to breathe ... chest is very heavy ... got my bedroom cleaned up .... laundry done and even the dishes without being exhausted today ... Thank you Jesus ... the sun was shining today,  so went out and sat outside while my son mowed the grass in the back yard.  I washed down the glass table and lit some candles ... very nice it was indeed ... looked and seen my apple tree starting to get green leaves on it and only lonely white flower on the tree but more will soon come ... yes what a wonderful day it was today ... May 27, 2007 ....

a person can never have too many hugs .... hugs are good when you are down, sad, happy, excited....... any time night or day HUGS are good .... Hug someone today to show them you care .....

Why do men  think it is always about them.... it is all about them when they are selfish, all of the time... I only get ... I only need... I only can.... what about the woman and children in their life that only see dad when he wants to be seen, only do things with dad when he wants to do them, only go with dad when he wants to take them... GROW up its not about you ... its about THEM

big family reunion coming up next weekend... reunion is for my husbands side of the family... he divorced me as he was committing adultry, to be with a younger woman with a bigger chest, and who wears tops exposing her breasts for all to see and very short skirts, also 15 years his junior. I want to go to the reunion as my inlaws are a very big part of my family over the last 15 years, and he does not want me to be there as he is bringing his girlfriend, and says that it would be too uncomfortable for me to be there with his side of the family... I know all of his side of the family very well and I think they would like to see me... I thought of having them out to my place but they already have drove thousands of miles and not sure if they would want to drive another 1hours worth to come into the city for a visit for a couple of hours....some of the family are in their 60's... and coming from the states to Canada... but I think if he was the man I thought he was --- he could leave for a couple of hours so that I could go out and say hello to the family members that I have not seen for a few years.....

 

the way I stay cool is to wipe myself down with a cool cloth and have a warm drink....like tea... I don't drink coffee due to the caffine in it.... also take off as much clothes that I can... depends if my son is home or not... I just have the underwear on and sit with the fan blowing on me.....

Gas prices going up and up... Don't know how people manage to keep paying them and continue to survive...in January 2007 in Edmonton Alberta, our Epcor and Norwest Utilities are going up to a little over $6.00 a month, and along with the price of gas right now that has gone over $.30 a litre since the start of 2006 and no wage increase is not good.  The government here has taken a wage increase... as we all know that they need a higher rate of pay...I don't think so. Will it ever stop....These high gas prices effect the summer holidays as to where people will be travelling as if you  are paying and additional $10.00  at the pump at fill up time, then it makes you think about going on any long trips as that can amount to more than $2 to 300.00 on a long trip...and we all work hard for our money, at least I know that I do.... Have a great day...
