Merry Christmas All !!!!!

A Christmas Tale
At this time of year it is patently clear
That the males are the ones who are blest.
Thoughts like "goodwill to men" we hear time and again
And we find them quite hard to digest.
As we women all know, men think they run the show,
And sometimes we allow them this pause.
But it gets on our nerves, like too many hors d'oeuvres
When we want to get at the main course.
Many times out of mind the same problem we find,
Leaving plans to the menfolk is risky.
Christmas spirit they think is some kind of a drink,
Such as vodka, Baccardi, or whiskey.
Since we carry the load, men keep out of our road,
We are ready and willing and able.
For it's perfectly clear, that the stuffed turkeys here
Are not always confined to the table.
The traditional way is now rather passe,
Lets give credit, where credit is due.
Then you'll see, man or boy, in return you'll enjoy
The fruits of OUR goodwill to you.

Tristans Birthday

I've been waitin since Sunday to do this blog. And blogs still aint workin correctly. Guess i'll have to do it the time consumin way.
We celebrated Tristans 2nd Birthday by takin a trip to Chester Zoo.
Courtney and Tasha just after we got to Chester Zoo.
Natasha and Tristan sat on a lion in the Rome Gardens.
Tristan pullin a face behind Courtneys bk bcos she wouldn't let him sit on the lion with her...lol.
Me at The Acorn pub hidin behind a pint cos i hate havin my picture taken :P.
Tristan dancin for everyone in the beer garden. Little poser...lol.
Yet again dancin round the beer garden.
Tryin to make an escape while we were lookin at the Tigers.
It took ages of waitin to even get a glimpse of a Tiger. They certainly don't like posin for pictures. Unlike this Meerkat.
We went in the Dragon house and this Komodo Dragon was tryin to tunnel it's way out. Natasha was scared thinkin it was comin for her...lol.
Tristan in his little motorised jeep i got him for his birthday. This was at the end of a very long day, so he's lookin a little tired.
And yes with all that runnin round after Tristan i was very tired by the time i got bk too.
A very exhaustin day but well worth it for the little ones. And at least the weather stayed dry and sunny for the day. Makes a change lately.

weekend

Weekend is here again.............
Had a good start to the weekend. Today i met up with Lucia in Manchester City Center. For a start it has been yrs since i have been there, and it made a change to do somethin other than sit at the comp for most of the day....lol.
I'm quite a shy person and usually find it hard to make light conversation with ppl i just meet. So i'll admit i was a little nervous. Altho i needn't have been.
We had lunch at McDonald's and a nice little catch up. Altho unfortunately we never won the house we was gonna share...lol.
I got 2 days to do my usual and play lots of games 
Then Bank Holiday Monday also my daughters birthday. So we're goin to spend the afternoon 10 pin bowlin, then go to Frankie & Bennies for a meal.
Oh and not to forget my celebration tourney on Monday.
Anyway hope all my friends

~~ Wild Rose ~~ The Wild Rose grows
Sometimes, all alone
With no help thats known,
No one to care
Even in places often bare!
The winds blow the seed.
To many lands it can be seen.
It often struggles for daily needs
For water and sun,and warmth from the cold,
Will it survive,to live, to be bold?
The petals are bright,as they unfold,
A beauty of color all of its on.
How can it grow, can the story be told?
Its was thrown to the wind,
And the wild seed sowed.
Many a child ,its sad to say,
Often lives each day
As the Wild Rose grows.
Being alone, no one to care,
Its hard to face life this way.
To many times they struggle so much,
Life to them seems so unjust!
There needs are not met,
No love is shown,
No care is known,yet!
Some children,can make it on there own,
Others wilt and, there life is gone.
Just as a wild rose,in desert or snow.
Tring to survive, for some life to go on.
Wondering why life is so unknown.
God has his plans,the story is true,
But too many times,life becomes blue.
Parents do not heed the golden rule,
Do unto others as you would
Have them do unto you.
Parents forget the needs,
Of many a child it seems,
Often times they have such greed
They think of their self
Not the sweet child as it pleads!
Just for a caring touch,
A gentle word spoken
They never ask for much,
Maybe some love ,a little is all
They ask, as it helps them to stand tall.
I pray to our Lord, each night,
To give some hope, some light,
Let our Children grow, where life
Can treat them right.
Where they can Bloom, oh so bright!
Where they can learn wrong from right.
Not have to suffer,with a lonely life.
Never to see life's awful strife.
Where their body of life, can grow
Just as the Wild Rose grows so bold.

Hi my name is
i'm 31 yrs old and  . I'm a stay at home Mom to 3 great kids. 2 girls aged 11 and 7, and a 19 month old boy.
