ORLANDO, Fla.- A Florida judge could decide this week whether a 17-year-old girl who claims she could be killed for converting from Islam to Christianity must be returned to her family in Ohio.

Rifqa Bary ran away from her home near Columbus last month and is staying with a Christian foster family in Orlando pending a court hearing this Thursday.
    

Florida officials visited the Bary's home in Ohio last week to investigate whether there's any basis for her fear that she could be killed by her family or the Muslim community for becoming a Christian.
